The staff were very friendly, kind and excellent service, however the food was so terrible, the potato’s were squishy and starchy, looked very undercooked and microwaved… no chicken at the carvery… the Yorkshire puddings were like crisps, side orders came incomplete after waiting 25 minutes and it was just very disappointing.. I wasn’t expecting much but it was just awful

Lindsey was our waitress and was absolutely amazing. For the first hour she was working alone or seemed to be. She was literally rushed off of her feet. In spite of this and being called by different members of the public she kept smiling, was courteous and an excellent ambassador for the company. I hope they realise how lucky they are to have her. If I had a restaurant I would be stealing her. Staff like that are few and far between. Well done Lindsey. I hope they give you some sort of bonus. You were great. Thank you

I always come to this toby carvery each month, the staff is amazing and normally the food is amazing but today the potatos were cold and the gravy was so watery that it's like sewage water.

Booked for a Saturday afternoon lunch with family. Had a huge range of times to book and I made the booking within minutes on the website. Immediately seated and attentive staff. Food was amazing too.

Had the breakfast and it was amazing the bacon was perfect just how I like it clean and staff are very helpful
